Zenith Funds and the Financial Services Authority's Treating Customers Fairly

Zenith Funds has adopted the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) 6 TCF customer outcomes as the 'road map' for the design and application of its own TCF initiative.

Furthermore, we will adhere to the series of values linked to it proposed by our owner, Syndicate Asset Management plc.

Our adherence to these two guidelines will reassure our customers of our commitment to meet the goals laid down by the FSA. To illustrate this we have included our definition of 'fairness' in a mission statement:
