Online Account Setup

The online account enquiry service enables you to view and print valuations, transaction histories, six monthly statements, contract notes and distribution tax vouchers for all your clients.

For Intermediaries

To register please call our Customer Services Team on 01481 719 742.

To set up the account our team will require the following information:

  • Agency Name
  • Agency Code
  • Email Address

Please be prepared to select a password reset question from the following selection (favourite colour, place etc.)

This info will need to be cascaded to your organisation as a whole if anyone else wishes to access the information available. Should you wish to limit access, then your colleagues will have to set this up individually with us.

You will be provided with your user name and password in writing. The account will be activated as soon as you logon with these details.
